To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Product Condition: Sneakers and slides must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and have all their original tags attached.
Accessories: All included accessories (extra laces, keychains, certificates of authenticity) must be present in the return package.
Packaging: The original shoebox is an integral part of the product. It must be returned in perfect condition.
⚠️ Important Note: Never stick shipping labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original shoebox. The entire item must be placed inside a protective shipping box or mailing bag.
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
Items that are worn, soiled, or show any signs of use (indoor or outdoor).
Custom orders or items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Damaged shoeboxes, taped boxes, or boxes with shipping labels applied directly onto them.
For hygiene reasons, intimate accessories (such as socks).
To complete a return, please follow these steps:
Request: Contact our customer service team at Support@obondeals.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping: Upon approval from our team, ship the package to the return address we provide.
Fees: Except in the case of an error on our part (incorrect size sent or manufacturing defect), return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit/debit card or payment gateway) within 5 to 10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you would like a different size or model, the standard procedure is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our store.
If you receive a package where the shipping box is visibly damaged by the carrier, we advise you to take photos of the packaging before opening it and contact us imperatively within 48 hours of delivery at Support@obondeals.com.
