The dual-density compression-molded foam offers a softer midsole feel than the Arahi’s predecessors, while the Metarocker design and Active Foot Frame create a smooth and balanced ride.

And while the Arahi maintains the support and cushioning people loved about the past versions, the newest update also saw some major design overhauls. The Arahi 8 ditches HOKA’s stiff J-frame support for an enhanced H-frame technology. This intuitive stabilizing technology provides balanced support throughout each stride without overcorrecting, allowing for soft landings without sacrificing stability.

Another major update to the Arahi is the upper design. The Arahi 8 features a double jacquard mesh upper for added breathability, improved lockdown, and a sleek and streamlined look and feel. Finally, the Arahi 8 shifts from the previous 5 mm heel-to-toe drop to an 8 mm drop, offering 3 extra mm of cushioning in the heel for more impact absorption and all-around cushioning with each landing. Combining these changes with the classic HOKA stability shoe design, the Arahi 8 successfully builds on the shoe’s legacy with unprecedented cushioning, support, and comfort in an everyday stability trainer.
